Stanislav Pronin coming to Michigan Shores in February! The date
and time to be confirmed, but will be 16th, 17th or 18th.
Despite his young age, Stanislav Pronin has established himself as one of the
most brilliant violinists of his generation. Combining youthful enthusiasm, intensity,
passion and dazzling virtuosity with integrity, musical depth and endless imagination,
Mr. Pronin is truly an exceptional musical personality. The Dennos Museum Center are
pleased to bring this accomplished talent to the Milliken stage for a great evening
of music on February 18th, 2012. Stanislav will perform as a practise at Michigan
Shores before his performance at The Dennos Museum.

The Michigan Shores Cooperative is located in northern Michigan's Benzie County in
Frankfort, Michigan, less than an hour from Traverse City, Grand Traverse shopping,
and the Cherry Capital Airport. Our three-story building is located on 19 wooded
acres overlooking Lake Michigan and its stunning sunsets. See our Photo

for your information and convenience. For your inspection, are the policies, services
and operation of the Michigan Shores Cooperative. This site contains specific information
about the duties and obligations as members in this cooperative. It is designed to
answer most of your questions about what it means to be a member of Michigan Shores
Cooperative. See our Common Questions page for answers
to the most commonly asked questions.
Copies of the By-Laws, Occupancy Agreement, and various other documents have been
included on our Documents page. A reading of these documents
will affirm what the cooperative expects of its members and what the member can expect
of the Cooperative.
The Board of Directors and management are available to answer any questions you might
have concerning the information found on this site.

There are 54 spacious one-bedroom (676-799 square feet) and two-bedroom (844-1488
square feet) apartments with full-size kitchens and baths (either tub-shower or shower)
and walkout decks or patios.

Qualifications
To qualify, a Michigan Shores member will be 55 years or older, and meet minimum
income requirements. A member's share is paid to the cooperative upon relinquishing
their membership, the share money is returned with limited equity to the member or
their estate in accordance to the Corporate By-Laws.
We also highly recommend you review this page — Do I qualify
for independent living? — to determine, in general, if you have the skills required
for independent living.
Michigan Shores memberships would give exclusive rights to an apartment are offered
to individuals who have registered with the Cooperative to have their names placed
on the waiting list. If you are interested in becoming a resident of Michigan Shores,
please contact the Cooperative Services Director.
