Beautiful Michigan Shores Cooperative overlooking
Lake Michigan, all on 19 partly wooded acres.

East view of the building, and view as you enter the property.
A private black top drive leads to the front entrance.

The Circle Garden, maintained solely by the residents,
is very attractive and compliments the circle drive.

Taken June 7th, 2008 in our circle garden. The gardeners had been weeding
the day before, and when they returned the next day...
this fawn had made our garden its new home!

Garages on the north and south of the building.

Three-story building – each ground floor unit has its own patio. and
each uniton the second and third floor has a walk-out deck.

Beautifully maintained gardens give a park like feel to the property.

Pretty hanging baskets and canopies (provided by the residents)
make the outside of the building bright and attractive.

Front entrance to Michigan Shores and drop-off site.

The 3rd floor lounge is a popular meeting place
for residents to chat or do puzzles.
