Beautiful Michigan Shores Cooperative overlooking
Lake Michigan, all on 19 partly wooded acres.

East view of the building, and view as you enter the property.
A private black top drive leads to the front entrance.

The Circle Garden, maintained solely by the residents,
is very attractive and compliments the circle drive.

Three-story building, each unit on the second
and third floor has a walk out deck.

Beautifully maintained gardens give a park like feel to the property.

Pretty hanging baskets and canopies (provided by the residents)
make the outside of the building bright and attractive.

Front entrance to Michigan Shores and drop-off site.

Garages to the North and South of the building.

Michigan Shores Cooperative offers two guest rooms, one on
the ground floor North side, and the other on the South Side.
This makes visiting family more comfortable for all.
Guests pay $45 per night to stay at Michigan Shores.

The 3rd floor lounge is a popular meeting place
for residents to chat or do puzzles.

The Gertie-Bell Cutler Multi Purpose Room on the 3rd floor.
Tastefully furnished for Board meetings, private meetings
or parties, or private dinners.

and good company – make for a perfect cook out.

Our Pond is home to many ducks and other wildlife;
it brings peace and tranquility to the property.

Another breathtaking view of the pond which is
located on the east side of the building.

Beautiful woods and park like grounds for
residents and visitors to enjoy.

Lake Michigan from the bluff at the edge of the property.

White sandy beaches and blue blue waters are just
some of the qualities of life in Benzie County.
